Neighborhood Management has been employed by our Property Owners Association for nine years. During this time I have been on the neighborhood Board of Directors for six years, meaning I had direct and frequent contact with Neighborhood Management. We depend on Neighborhood Management to handle our finances, send out compliance letters, to assist with collections, organize neighborhood meetings, and other ad hoc tasks. I’ve found them to be responsive, thorough, and totally trustworthy. Neighborhood Management frequently goes beyond what we expect or what is required. It is particularly important that we have competent, detail-oriented assistance with our bank accounts, CDs, and financial reports and their service in this area is excellent. I would highly recommend Neighborhood Management to any homeowners’ association.
