Neighborhood Management, LLC was grown out of our parent company Eddleman Corporation’s activities regarding developing large residential planned communities, so we understand the challenges you’re facing.

Doug Eddleman is the CEO and President of Neighborhood Management, LLC. His corporate and partnership responsibilities have focused on property management, land acquisition, project planning, entitlements, developing, constructing and marketing of large residential communities for over 40 years. Currently Neighborhood Management, LLC manages over 23,000 units.

In addition, he has developed and managed over 8,000 home sites including major residential communities along the 280 corridor in Shelby County, Alabama, and received Developer and Builder of the year awards. Their larger communities of Meadow Brook (532 homes), Brook Highland (1,067 homes), Highland Lakes (2,500) homes, The Village (750 homes) and Chelsea Park (2,500 homes), all demonstrate the highest level of community management, design, and construction.
