In addition to our superior customer service experience, we also believe that our knowledge of and experience with gated communities, lake maintenance, clubhouse and pool maintenance, and all other aspects of the common elements will surpass all other management companies in the area. Neighborhood Management is a local, family-owned company that manages HOA, Condo, Master, and Commercial Associations across the state, and we are also licensed in the State of Florida with a small presence.
Currently, we manage over 125 associations, with a full accounting and management team on staff all located in the state of Alabama that is accessible to you. We are very proud to share that four of our managers hold their Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) certification which is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management. In the State of Alabama, there are currently only eight managers who hold this designation. Our company also holds one of only two Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) designations in the state of Alabama through Community Associations Institute.
